Prestige Agent is operated by Paweł Szczęsniak for his own Google account
(prestige.taniec@gmail.com). There are no other users, no sign-up, and no public

After the owner grants consent, the tool accesses only the owner's own data, with these scopes:
gmail.readonly, gmail.modify,
gmail.send) — to read replies to reminders, apply labels, and send transactional
messages to instructors and contractors.calendar) — to read and create class and
settlement events.drive, documents,
spreadsheets) — to read and update schedules, timesheets and billing reports.contacts.readonly) — to resolve the e-mail
addresses of instructors already in the owner's contacts.Data is used solely to perform the owner's own bookkeeping and communication tasks: preparing monthly settlements, updating spreadsheets and documents, creating calendar entries, and sending reminders. No advertising, no profiling, no model training.
Data stays in the owner's Google account and on a server controlled by the owner (a private VPS in the EU). The OAuth token that authorises access is stored on that server with file permissions restricted to the owner's system user. No copy of mailbox contents is kept beyond what a task requires, and generated files are written back to the owner's own Drive.
No data is sold, rented, or shared with third parties. No third-party analytics or advertising scripts run on this site or inside the tool. E-mail is sent only to the owner's own instructors and contractors, from the owner's own mailbox.
The tool keeps no independent archive: revoking access ends its ability to read anything further. You can revoke the app's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Locally stored credentials are deleted on request to the contact address above.
Access uses Google OAuth 2.0; the account password is never stored or transmitted to the tool. Credentials are held in files readable only by the owner's system user, and the server is reachable only over SSH.
